Information international EMS items

Maximum weight for international EMS items is 30.0 kg.
The maximum size for any packed item is 150 sm.
The sum of the length and any other size shall not exceed 300 sm.

EMS item's packaging

Items containing documents and enclosure are packed by the sender.
Items containing enclosure are packed by the sender.
The packaging of the EMS items subject to customs examination is made by the sender and sealed by the customs official.
The packaging shall correspond to the nature of the item and transportation means.

Delivery of EMS items
When our courier is unable to hand over the item to the addressee after first attempt, the second attempt of items' distribution is carried out within 7 days, without any additional charge.
After each successful distribution attempt the courier leaves a notification to the customer. Each item is handed over the addressee personally with signature.

EMS items' holding terms

- During the distribution as a result of the addressee's absence, the undelivered EMS item is held throughout 14 days after its receipt
- "Post restante" addressed EMS item is held throughout 14 days after its receipt.

The probable reasons of the returned EMS item:

- Addressee's refusal
- Addressee's departure
- If the item is not required
- Incomplete address
- Prohibited by customs or other state authorities
- Expiration of holding terms
- Sender's application
